KO_OP is looking to bring on a Community Manager / Content Creator for a short term contract to start immediately, until end of August 2026. You will work alongside our current Community Manager and Marketing Lead to help create video assets for our upcoming multiplayer game Young Suns. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in marketing as well as a strong background in community building, content creation, video, and on camera presence..

We’re looking for someone who cares about video games as an art form and wants to champion the people who make them. An interest in the game-making process, and how to present that to audiences is a huge plus. Experience with customer service in any realm is also a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content, particularly for an in-development early access game with multiplayer as a core tenet.
• Design, write, and produce video content as needed for game-specific community marketing and storytelling in collaboration with our in-house community manager.
• Create static assets and support marketing asset production
• Connect with our community on our social media platforms
• Interact directly with our communities to provide timely support, collect feedback and bug reports

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy
• Strong knowledge of video production and editing
• Strong writing skills
• Due to our small team and a significant number of our employees being international, we require potential applicants to be able to speak English
